Senior Building Surveyor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join our team at Conrad Consulting Ltd in London. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in providing expert advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of various buildings and sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections, including measured surveys, defect diagnosis, and associated investigations.
  • Assess the condition of existing buildings, identify and analyse defects, and propose repair solutions.
  • Prepare reports, specifications, and drawings for the repair, refurbishment, demolition, and reconstruction of various buildings.
  • Tender projects and conduct post-tender analysis.
  • Oversee work according to recognized building contracts and current technical standards.
Requirements:
  • Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor (RICS) or at an advanced APC stage.
  • At least 3 years' postgraduate experience with provable technical delivery experience.
  • Significant exposure to, and good working relations with, private and public-sector clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
