Senior Building Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join our team at Conrad Consulting Ltd. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in providing expert advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of various buildings and sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough inspections and provide detailed reports on building conditions, defects, and necessary repairs.
- Develop and implement repair and refurbishment plans, ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations and technical standards.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with recognized building contracts and current technical standards.
- Provide expert advice on building legislation, including health and safety, party wall matters, building regulations, and planning laws.
- Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor (RICS) or equivalent.
- At least 3 years' postgraduate experience in building surveying, with a proven track record of delivering technical projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex building data and provide clear, concise advice.
- A competitive salary range of £65,000 to £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
