Senior Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join our team at Conrad Consulting Ltd. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in providing expert advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of various buildings and sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections and provide detailed reports on building conditions, defects, and necessary repairs.
  • Develop and implement repair and refurbishment plans, ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations and technical standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and relevant legislation to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements:
  • Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of postgraduate experience in building surveying, with a proven track record of delivering technical projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear recommendations.
