Role Overview:
As an Accommodation Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and inspecting guest rooms and bathrooms.
- Vacuuming rooms and corridors.
- Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, and guest amenities according to company standards.
- Collaborating with various departments and checking systems for room status updates.
- Maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout the hotel.
- Performing regular deep cleaning tasks.
- Restocking and maintaining housekeeping trolleys daily.
- Assisting in monitoring and controlling housekeeping procedures, including lost and found protocols.
- Reporting and logging rooms that do not require service.
- Being environmentally conscious.
- Properly disposing of waste.
- Managing guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Adhering to hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
- Supporting other departments as needed and fostering positive working relationships.
