Our client is a highly reputable and successful, Directly Authorised, Independent Mortgage and Protection Brokerage.

Position Summary:

In response to growing business demands, the organization is eager to onboard an additional employed Mortgage and Protection Consultant. This role primarily involves managing Residential and Buy-to-Let cases and will be integrated into a well-established team.

Work Arrangement:

This position offers a hybrid working model, allowing the successful candidate to operate from a central office for three days a week, while also enjoying the flexibility of working from home for two days each week.

Working Hours:

The standard working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, inclusive of a one-hour lunch break each day.

Business Development:

The company consistently generates new business through effective marketing strategies and partnerships with an associated IFA firm, leading to a steady stream of high-net-worth mortgage client leads.

Role Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will deliver independent mortgage and protection advice to clients, utilizing the entire market spectrum. Once a case is submitted, the administration team will maintain regular communication with clients, lenders, solicitors, and the consultant to ensure a smooth progression of mortgage cases to completion.

Support and Resources:

All necessary technology and office resources will be provided, along with access to both board and general meeting rooms within a prime office environment.

Candidate Profile:

Experience in mortgage advising is essential, particularly within the independent sector. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive starting salary, typically ranging from £35,000 to £40,000. Employee benefits include a pension plan, death in service insurance, generous annual leave, and annual festive and summer gatherings.
