Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide independent mortgage and associated protection advice to clients from the whole of the market. They will work closely with our in-house support team to ensure seamless case management and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients, utilizing knowledge of the entire market.
  • Work collaboratively with our support team to manage cases from submission to completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our business through proactive case management and client acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage advising, preferably in the independent market.
  • Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive starting basic salary, likely to range between £35,000 and £40,000.
  • An uncapped, rising commission structure, leading to a first-year annual OTE of circa £70,000+.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including pension, DIS, generous annual holiday entitlement, and social events.
