In your role as the lead coordinator, you will collaborate with various clinical departments and specialties within our unit, serving as a strong advocate for our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Lead Coordinator for the Enhanced Midwifery Team, focusing on vulnerable women and families facing safeguarding issues.
  • Collaborate with maternity services, including Hospital and Community Midwifery Teams, to oversee assessments and care plans for women with safeguarding concerns.
  • Offer advice, guidance, and safeguarding supervision across maternity services.
  • Facilitate practice development and provide safeguarding training.
  • Act as a deputy for the Named Midwife when necessary.
