About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Event Sales Director to lead the commercial success of our healthcare sector portfolio. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and contributing to the development of new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for our healthcare sector portfolio
- Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide coaching and guidance as needed
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our portfolio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in exhibition and sponsorship sales and sales management
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams
- Experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work from a London office 2 days a week
