Lead Consultant Planner

Cooper Moss Rutland LLP is seeking an experienced Lead Consultant Planner to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead and manage the project planning service for a programme of works, ensuring quality schedules meet established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust project schedules, aligning with established processes and procedures, considering the project's Level of Control (LoC) and Project Complexity Assessment (PCA) level.
  • Verify cost loading and ensure alignment with commercial processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Analyse and assure Earned Value Management (EVM) data, including data manipulation and presentation for stakeholders, providing insights for informed decision-making.
  • Prepare programmes for Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) before handing over to the Risk & Value (R&V) team, ensuring comprehensive risk assessment.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years planning experience working on a variety of construction and infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of project controls.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power Bi), with experience in data analysis and presentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, including English language and visual presentations, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
