Job Opportunity: Administrative Officer - Temporary Position
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Brook Street on a temporary basis. This is a full-time role that will last for an ongoing 6 months with a view to extending the contract further.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including general administrative duties, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Offer exceptional customer service support to internal and external clients.
- Liaise with members of the judiciary and other stakeholders.
- Scan documents and transfer files to electronic systems and databases.
- Upload documents onto electronic systems and databases.
- Contact relevant parties to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
- Work in a fast-paced office environment, adhering to strict office hours and on-site interviews.
Requirements:
- Excellent Excel skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide support as needed.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.98.
- Pension scheme and holiday benefits.
Working Hours:
- 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.
Security Clearance:
- A DBS check will be required before commencing the role.
