About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven National Account Executive to support and co-lead an exciting project with a major retail partner. The business is a world leader in the Consumer Product Giant industry, with a portfolio of iconic brands that are driving innovation and growth through digital strategies.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring targets are met by analysing sales data, managing budgets, and implementing pricing strategies. They will also lead the execution of a digital-first strategy to elevate brand presence and consumer engagement, working closely with cross-functional teams to plan and implement social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and digital marketing initiatives.

The role offers upward potential and requires a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, supply chain, and external partners. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer development roles within FMCG, beauty, or health categories, with a strong analytical capability, digital marketing expertise, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full P&L Management: Take ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring targets are met by analysing sales data, managing budgets, and implementing pricing strategies.
  • Drive Digital-First Initiatives: Lead the execution of a digital-first strategy to elevate brand presence and consumer engagement.
  • Support New Product Development (NPD) Launches: Collaborate with marketing, R&D, and sales teams to successfully launch exciting new products within the brands ranges.
  • Project Co-Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Play a key role in supporting and co-leading a high-impact project focused on accelerating growth for the brand.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years in sales, account management, or customer development roles within FMCG, beauty, or health categories.
  • Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, digital marketing expertise, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
