Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days from home)
Expected Hours: 40 per week

Our rapid growth with big-name retailers like Ocado, Morrisons, Holland & Barrett, Sainsbury's, Look Fantastic, Wholefoods Market, and Waitrose has created an exciting opportunity for a National Account Executive to join our entrepreneurial team.
Role OverviewAs a National Account Executive, you will support the Head of Sales in growing key accounts and ensuring efficient key account/national account functions. You will be the key point of contact for developing online accounts and will play a crucial role in planning, developing, and implementing business plans for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate as the key point of contact for day-to-day requirements for developing online accounts.
- Plan, develop, and implement business plans for national chains, multiples, and e-tailers.
- Identify gaps and manage new listings across developing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant business accounts.
- Liaise with the sales team on all new sales collateral, POS, and planograms.
- Design an annual promotional plan for each brand under your management.
- Work closely with customers to ensure new listings and activations.
- Conduct monthly store and pricing checks on select accounts.
- Analyze regular EPOS sales data for all accounts and perform ad hoc analysis as required.
- 3+ years of FMCG commercial experience.
- Excellent Excel skills; capable of manipulating and analyzing data.
- Ability to interpret data and highlight potential opportunities for growth.
- Wide business, brand, and market knowledge, with an interest in health & beauty preferable.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to work independently.

- 3 years FMCG or Premium Beauty commercial/Key Account experience.
