Salary: £45,000.00 - £48,000.00 per year + Performance Bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days from home)

Expected Hours: 40 per week

Role Overview

As a National Account Executive, you will support the Head of Sales in growing key accounts and ensuring efficient key account/national account functions. You will be the key point of contact for developing online accounts and will play a crucial role in planning, developing, and implementing business plans for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate as the key point of contact for day-to-day requirements for developing online accounts.
  • Plan, develop, and implement business plans for national chains, multiples, and e-tailers.
  • Identify gaps and manage new listings across developing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant business accounts.
  • Liaise with the sales team on all new sales collateral, POS, and planograms.
  • Design an annual promotional plan for each brand under your management.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure new listings and activations.
  • Conduct monthly store and pricing checks on select accounts.
  • Analyze regular EPOS sales data for all accounts and perform ad hoc analysis as required.
What You'll Have:
  • 3+ years of FMCG commercial experience.
  • Excellent Excel skills; capable of manipulating and analyzing data.
  • Ability to interpret data and highlight potential opportunities for growth.
  • Wide business, brand, and market knowledge, with an interest in health & beauty preferable.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
