About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team at Allcott Commercial, a leading independent firm of property professionals. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality commercial surveying services to our clients across the Hertfordshire, Berkshire, and Buckinghamshire areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out a broad range of commercial surveying work, including landlord and tenant work, commercial building surveys, contract administration, and PPM surveys.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver excellent service to our clients.
  • Liaise with clients, both verbally and through written correspondence, to provide clear and concise reports and conclusions.
  • Prepare and present technically robust reports, including schedules of condition, dilapidations, and technical due diligence.
  • Have a strong attention to detail and be confident in carrying out commercial survey work to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Chartered status with the RICS or CIOB.
  • Experience of a broad range of commercial work, including dilapidations, schedules of condition, contract administration, acquisition surveys, and technical due diligence.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team structure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.
