Commercial Advisor Role at Wood

Wood is seeking a skilled Commercial Advisor to join its Operations EMEA business. As a key member of the project team, this role will play a crucial part in ensuring the company's financial management framework is upheld.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize commercial performance while managing business/project risk
  • Commercialize sub-Business Group service offerings to support business growth and strategy
  • Ensure compliance with relevant commercial/contracting policies
  • Resolve disputes/claims and cash collection issues
  • Embed effective commercial governance and assurance across the sub-Business Group/Project/Portfolio of Projects
  • Support the tender governance process for the sub-Business Group
Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, or Business Studies, along with appropriate professional qualification (preferred)
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Good working knowledge and experience in commercial administration and procedures
  • Experience in drafting and interpretation of commercial documentation
