Clinical Coordinator for Inherited Cardiac Conditions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Coordinator to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Coordinator for Inherited Cardiac Conditions, you will play a critical role in coordinating effective pathways within the sector by working with the coronial system, national charities, and clinicians involved in the work across the sector.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and develop relationships with key stakeholders involved in the management of the Inherited Cardiac Conditions service both internally and externally.
- Help implement pathways across multidisciplinary services across multiple Trusts in a wide geography.
- Provide leadership, purpose, and vision in clinical practice for the professional team and peers.
- Actively disseminate best practice through presentations and participating in nursing research and national working parties.
- Assist in collation, interpretation, and communication of complex and sensitive data.
- Practice as an autonomous clinician within the multi-professional team maintaining clinical skills.
- Assist the bereaved families journey, signposting and informing family members along the way.
- Ensure effective Standard Operating Procedures are in place for delivery of service, requiring updating or contributing to their creation.
- Provide Clinical Supervision for members of the team, including supporting the development of Inherited Cardiac Conditions nurse competencies.
