Medical Supply Chain Planner

We are seeking a skilled Medical Supply Chain Planner to join our Procurement team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities- Review and analyse supplier spend for all areas of the business using our finance systems.
- Coordinate procurement requests, ensuring these are logged and tracked to completion, and due diligence is undertaken in line with our policy.
- Create and maintain procurement reports, dashboards, and supplier landscapes.
- Coordinate the management of SB's contracts by maintaining the contract database.
- Identify opportunities to drive value and optimise our supplier base.
- Assist with supplier engagement activities such as negotiating with suppliers.
- Confident in working with a large number of stakeholders and suppliers.
- Able to prioritise a sometimes significant workload.
- Not afraid to challenge our suppliers.
