Our team at Alliance Healthcare Management Services Limited is seeking a skilled Medical Supply Chain Planner to support the Surgical Supply Chain team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for replenishment duties, bespoke customer ordering processes, and product transfers. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent ongoing service while delivering against agreed KPIs. Key responsibilities include:

* Undertaking replenishment duties in accordance with order cycles and departmental parameters
* Following up on late deliveries
* Maintaining lean inventory levels in accordance with order cycles, departmental, and/or contractual parameters
* Performing analysis for reporting and performance

You will also manage bespoke customer ordering processes against monthly deadlines and support the supply chain team with annual leave cover and/or day-to-day activities. A good understanding and knowledge of supply chain/logistics/replenishment within the pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare or FMCG companies is beneficial but not a requirement. On the job training will be provided as required. If you have a professional telephone manner, a background in supply chain, FMCG, or Pharmaceuticals, and the ability to analyze and interpret numerical data, we encourage you to apply.
