Director of Infrastructure

This critical role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our platform as we continue to innovate in the virtual payment technology space. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with various departments, including product, data, security, and service teams, to ensure our infrastructure meets client expectations and supports key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cloud Infrastructure Leadership: Lead the implementation and maintenance of cloud and infrastructure systems, including private and public cloud-based servers, storage, networks, and security.
  2. Platform Standardization: Direct teams to standardize platforms, supporting efficient product deployment pipelines and meeting critical release schedules.
  3. Infrastructure Optimization: Guide teams in enhancing the observability and reliability of infrastructure performance.
  4. Cloud Migration Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in implementing and migrating to public cloud infrastructure, preferably Microsoft Azure.
  5. Leadership Qualities: Minimum of 4 years' experience in an infrastructure or IT management role.
  6. Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools like Datadog and ServiceNow is a plus.
  7. Project Management: Quick learner with the capability to manage multiple projects effectively.
