We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Health, Safety and Property Facilities. This role will be responsible for driving and supporting the management of health and safety of our village facilities, as well as overseeing the management of our property facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety, with experience in managing property facilities and facilities service partners. They will be responsible for creating and implementing health and safety policies, standards, and reporting procedures, as well as providing day-to-day tactical health and safety support to the business.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing our property facilities management partners, ensuring that they provide an outstanding service to our villages. This will include coordinating all aspects of day-to-day property facilities management, including hard FM, basic repairs, grounds, and housekeeping.

The Head of Health, Safety and Property Facilities will be a key member of our team, working closely with our village teams, including Facilities Managers, to ensure that all facilities are safely and appropriately maintained. They will also be responsible for driving forwards FM best practices, standardization, SOPs, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record in health and safety, property facilities management, and supplier contract management. They will also have experience with ISO/OHSAS policy, audit inspection programs, and dealing with regulators. The ideal candidate will be passionate about good design, safety, sustainability, and placemaking, and will have the ability to coach and develop team members.
