Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the management of change initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and quality benchmarks.
  • Formulate and oversee project plans detailing objectives, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners, to keep them informed and address their expectations.
  • Supervise project teams, ensuring they are adequately resourced and possess the necessary skills to meet project goals.
  • Oversee project financials, ensuring adherence to budgetary limits.
  • Generate progress reports to track project timelines and budget compliance.
  • Identify and manage project risks, ensuring proactive assessment and mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Facilitate change management processes, including training and communication strategies, to ensure successful implementation of projects.
