Job Opportunity: Assistant Hotel Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team at Antony James Recruitment. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Hotel Manager in the day-to-day management of the hotel, including overseeing front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and motivate a team of hotel staff, providing training and development opportunities to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Monitor and control hotel expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue growth and increase occupancy rates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a hotel management role, with a strong background in hospitality operations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
