**Job Summary**

The Shaw Education Trust is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Site Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the school's premises and grounds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our students and staff.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee the daily operations of the school's premises, including maintenance, repairs, and cleaning.
  • Manage the allocation and distribution of resources, including equipment and supplies.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall appearance and functionality of the school's facilities.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a smooth and efficient learning environment.

**Requirements**

  • Highly motivated and reliable individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
