About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Site Supervisor. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean learning environment for our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, including cleaning, repairs, and minor construction projects.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement measures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance schedules, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities to team members as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs in facilities management.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and students to identify and address facilities-related issues and concerns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, including COSHH and risk assessment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
