Key Responsibilities:- Lead and grow the engineering function, including Developers, Technical Analysts, DevOps Engineers, and Testers, to create a benchmark for engineering standards across the Higher Education sector.
- Develop and implement a leading-edge technology strategy and technical roadmaps aligned with the 2030 Digital Strategy by connecting platforms and products.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture and drive the adoption of Agile and DevOps methodologies, ensuring development processes are architecturally aligned.
