Senior Game Producer

We're seeking an experienced Senior Game Producer to lead our VR game development team. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee the entire development process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the game development team, providing direction and support throughout all phases of development.
  • Collaborate with game designers, developers, artists, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration of all game components and cohesive project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets.
  • Ensure games are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery that aligns with industry standards and client expectations.
  • Liaise with clients, ensuring strong communication and alignment with project goals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Game Producer, with a proven track record in VR game development.
  • Strong technical knowledge of VR game development tools and technologies, including Unity and Unreal Engine.
  • Excellent project management skills, including experience leading teams and managing budgets.
  • The ability to identify risks, prioritise tasks, and drive problem-solving efforts to overcome challenges.
  • Experience with project management software and tools, such as Jira, workflow management, release planning, prioritisation, backlog management, resource planning, and scheduling with Gantt charts.
