About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at AllSaints. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in leading the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and improve customer engagement
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing store team
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Proven retail leadership experience, with a track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a high-performing team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other members of the retail leadership team
