Carnival Corporation and plc is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Reward to join our team in Southampton. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing reward strategies and programs that attract, retain, and motivate a talented and multi-cultural workforce across Carnival UK.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation structures that support our organisational design principles and attract and retain talented people while ensuring internal equity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Produce high-quality analytics and scenarios that support the budgeting and forecasting process to enable business leaders to make informed decisions.
- Coordinate the company's annual performance and reward cycle.
- Monitor the effectiveness of our incentive plans and proactively make recommendations regarding adjustments or improvements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark Carnival UK's reward offerings against industry standards and best practices.
- Provide expertise and guidance on reward-related matters, including job evaluation, salary benchmarking, incentive plan design, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and develop 2x direct reports.
We are looking for an experienced Reward professional with a strong analytical background and excellent communication skills. You will have a proven track record of designing and implementing effective reward strategies and programs, and be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
