Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at Contract Personnel. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for negotiating sales agreements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying Applicants: Qualify applicants to company standards, ensuring that they meet the necessary criteria for a successful sale.
  • Viewing Arrangements: Arrange viewings for potential buyers, ensuring that they are accompanied by a sales representative.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate sales agreements with buyers, ensuring that the terms are fair and beneficial to both parties.
  • Communication: Maintain excellent communication with clients, providing regular updates on the sales process.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as booking valuations and arranging for solicitor referrals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Negotiator within a real estate environment.
  • Qualifications: A full UK driving licence and a strong understanding of the real estate industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Personal Qualities: A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
