About the Role: As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for negotiating sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will work closely with our estate agency team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualifying applicants: You will be responsible for qualifying applicants to our company standards, ensuring that they meet our criteria for sales.
- Arranging viewings: You will arrange viewings for potential buyers, ensuring that they are able to view properties at a time that suits them.
- Negotiating offers: You will negotiate offers on behalf of our clients, ensuring that they receive the best possible price for their property.
- Providing customer service: You will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that they are happy with the service they receive.
Requirements:
- Experience: You will have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Negotiator within an estate agency environment.
- Full UK driving licence: You will have a full UK driving licence, as you will be required to travel to view properties.
- Ambitious and highly driven: You will be ambitious and highly driven, with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- Strong IT skills: You will have strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Team player: You will be a team player, able to work closely with our estate agency team to achieve sales targets.
- Good communication skills: You will have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
