We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Ridge & Partners LLP. As an integral part of our London office, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our cost management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Management: Assist the Office Manager in maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment, ensuring all areas are kept in the best possible order.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize office meetings, book meeting rooms, and ensure rooms are prepared prior to meetings.
  • Onboarding and Support: Assist with onboarding new starters, issuing keys and fobs, and providing induction tours.
  • Reception Coverage: Cover for Reception duties during lunch and annual leave.
  • Administrative Tasks: Raise invoices, assist with debt chasing, attend team meetings, minute-taking, printing, binding documents, preparing presentations, and setting up jobs.
  • Travel and Expenses: Book travel and accommodation, assist with expenses, and order lunches and office supplies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues and visitors, responding to queries and resolving issues.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience working in a similar role in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Skills: Proficient knowledge of MS Office suite-based software, excellent communication skills, well-presented, and a friendly and professional approach.
  • Personal Qualities: Good problem-solving skills, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks as required by the team.
