About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Strategist to join our team at The Social Element. As a key member of our strategy team, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative social media strategies for our clients across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that drive business results for our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and client services, to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of social media trends, platforms, and tools to stay ahead of the curve and inform strategic recommendations.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored social media strategies that meet their needs.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, agency teams, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and tools, and apply this knowledge to drive innovative social media strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' social media landscapes, including their audiences, competitors, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with our insights team to analyze social media data and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and thought leaders to stay informed about the latest social media trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media strategy, with a strong track record of delivering successful social media campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, agency teams, and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience with social media listening and monitoring tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
