About the Role
As a key member of our team at Systems adi Group Ltd, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our facilities engineering helpdesk administration.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line contact for all helpdesk enquiries and service support to customers and suppliers.
- Ensure all documentation and records are maintained for servicing and compliance within the company management system.
- Administer customer portals for work requests and invoicing.
- Coordinate quoting remedial works and liaise with the accounts team.
- Raise invoices and post to the relevant portals.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers for the speedy and effective delivery of products and services.
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance work, including the planning and arranging of sub-contractors, labour, and ordering of materials.
- Build strong relationships with our customers and on-site maintenance teams.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Administration and financial management experience, ideally from the facilities services industry.
- Coordination experience of planned and reactive maintenance work.
- Proficiency in using multiple systems and inputting data.
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to input, process, and interpret data with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work flexibly.
- Ability to make decisions and use your own initiative.
