Job Description

Higher Capital Consulting has partnered with a leading Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) firm to hire an Investment Analyst. This is a rare opportunity to join a top-tier team and be involved in all stages of the investment life cycle.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and execute potential real estate acquisitions, including equity and debt investments
  • Develop complex financial models, conduct market research, and identify public equity and debt opportunities
  • Assist with asset management, including business plan development and exit strategy planning and execution


Requirements:
  • At least 1 year and maximum 2 years of experience in real estate and/or Investment Banking or from a Big 4 accounting firm
  • Graduate from a top university
  • Superior analytical, quantitative, and technical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling
