We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior 1st Line IT Engineer to join our team. As a Junior IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to our clients, working closely with our Senior Engineers to resolve issues and improve service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Collaborate with Senior Engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of IT systems, including Active Directory, Group Policies, Exchange, and O365.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong foundation in IT support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
