Role Summary:

The Aviation Operations Support Coordinator will be instrumental in ensuring the effective execution of all regulatory and operational processes related to Flight Operations, aiming to minimize any disruptions in operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor Flight Operations Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while facilitating the transition to new operational systems.
  • Coordinate the management of aircraft certifications, deliveries, and end-of-lease procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the distribution of essential documents to aircraft, simulators, and operational bases.
  • Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processes and manage financial transactions.
  • Investigate and resolve Aviation Safety Reports (ASRs) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
  • Create training materials and support various non-technical projects as needed.
  • Act as a deputy for the Flight Operations Manager when required.
