At Signature Aviation, we are seeking an experienced Aviation Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Aviation Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport base. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the arrival and departure of our clients' aircraft, liaising with aircraft operators, travel organizers, the airport authority, third-party suppliers, air crew, passengers, and relevant authorities. You will be the face of our business, providing world-class service to our customers and ensuring a seamless transition through our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the arrival and departure of our clients' aircraft
  • Liaise with aircraft operators, travel organizers, the airport authority, third-party suppliers, air crew, passengers, and relevant authorities
  • Provide world-class service to our customers
  • Ensure a seamless transition through our facility

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in aviation, travel, luxury retail, or hospitality
  • Flexibility of start and finish times within the shift pattern
  • Willingness to learn new skills, with full training provided
  • Basic IT skills (word, excel, and outlook/email)
  • Qualifies to hold a full airport ID
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Additional languages would be an advantage
