Exciting Opportunity at JMC Aviation

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Onsite Account Coordinator to join our team at JMC Aviation, the world's leading Aviation Engineering, Training & recruitment business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct JMC contractor/GEW inductions and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Organize contractor security and identification passes, as well as manage attendance and leave requests.
  • Monitor GEW Annual leave requests, sickness, and unauthorised absences on Breathe, including performing return to work forms.
  • Distribute JMC work wear and ensure that competitor clothing is not worn.
  • Assist with contractor/GEW queries and ensure company compliancy is enforced in conjunction with JMC Administration Team.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client resource co-ordinator to manage any contractor requirements.
  • Liaise with resource co-ordinator to manage new starters into the facility.
  • Monitor the GEW's uploading of Tasks on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Conduct JMC Worker Performance Assessments on GEW's (monthly/3 monthly) and upload these to ELMS.
  • Arrange Accommodation for GEW's and meet GEW's when they arrive in Country/take them to accommodation.
  • Assist GEW's in obtaining BRP from designated Post Office.
Requirements:
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems.
