We are currently seeking a Customer Service Consultant to enhance our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting the benchmark in client care and ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception that guarantees high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold exceptional standards of service quality and advocate for the service 'Process Development Plan', contributing to ongoing process enhancements.
  • Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines while managing sensitive and confidential information.
  • Exhibit outstanding communication skills and possess experience in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Effectively manage the service process to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
  • Exceed standard procedures to deliver remarkable customer service.
  • Provide valuable sales solutions to clients, ethically promoting the diverse range of products and services offered.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing administrative roles.
  • Background in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Valid driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
