About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our team at the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). As a Senior Lawyer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our screening decisions, providing expert advice on complex cases, and overseeing the work of the Screening team.

About the Team

The Screening team is the first point of contact for concerns raised about our registrants, and as a Senior Lawyer, you will be responsible for advising on the regulatory action required. You will work closely with colleagues in legal and non-legal roles to ensure that we meet our statutory objectives of protecting the public and upholding confidence in the nursing and midwifery professions.
