About the Role

The Assurance and Compliance Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing robust compliance frameworks across the organisation. This will involve driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing risk assessments, conducting audits, and ensuring all business activities align with legal requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Manage risk assessments and conduct audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance and risk management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal and industry requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance and risk management
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in compliance or assurance roles with proven experience in leading teams. A detailed understanding of regulatory environments, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly are essential. Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC or similar will be highly regarded.
