We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Advisor to join our team at MBDA. As a key member of our Occupational Health & Wellbeing Team, you will play a vital role in protecting the health and wellbeing of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a proactive health service that promotes the physical and psychological wellbeing of all MBDA employees.
- Carry out health screening, health surveillance, case management, and remote screening for travel health.
- Provide clinical advice to support our wellbeing strategy and assist in delivering regular manager training activities.
- Lead on projects and drive service delivery improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships across functions of HR, Safety, and the wider business.
- NMC RN part 1, RN part 3 – SCPHN (OH) registered.
- Experience in Occupational Health, including pre-placement assessments, health surveillance, case management, lifestyle screening, triage, and responding to queries.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
