About the Role

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team at Mark Lyons Recruitment. As a key member of our Agriculture division, you will be responsible for managing and developing the agriculture channel, specifically through the utilization of inventory finance via key dealer/manufacturer relationships on a national basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the agricultural leasing sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and manufacturers to ensure seamless inventory finance operations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Manage and prioritize work to meet business objectives and deliver high-quality service to customers.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the agricultural leasing sector, with a strong understanding of inventory finance and dealer/manufacturer relationships.
  • Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate and persuade through oral and written communication.
  • Knowledge of different finance products (HP, Loan, Lease) and asset types.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to learn new IT products.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
