Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Children's Nurse/Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care to children in our community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric nursing and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to children in a variety of settings, including hospitals and clinics.
- Assess and develop individualized care plans for children with complex medical needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for children.
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in pediatric nursing.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in an acute healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Nursing degree or diploma.
- Experience working with children with complex medical needs.
- Knowledge of pediatric nursing best practices.
- Competitive hourly rate: £38.00 per hour.
