Domestic Support Worker

NHS Scotland is committed to providing high-quality healthcare services, and we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our team as a Domestic Assistant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our hospital facilities, ensuring compliance with Infection Prevention and Control standards.
This is a part-time position, working 9.9 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6-8 pm. The hourly rate is £12.11, and the successful candidate will receive 27 days of annual leave.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, committed, and has a positive attitude towards their work. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland.

Please note that this role is subject to the new working hours, with a reduction from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024. However, you may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period.
