About the Role

The Healix Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Invoice Processing Specialist to join our team. As an Invoice Processing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of invoices and maintaining accurate records within our proprietary Case Management System (CMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming post, scan, and allocate to the CMS system efficiently to avoid a backlog.
  • Allocate all post, including invoices, to the correct case, member, and client.
  • Deal with provider queries or requests related to payment queries or outstanding payments.
  • Handle all provider payment queries received in-line with agreed service standards, member benefit limits, and policy terms and conditions.
  • Manage IPT administration reminders and outstanding actions.
  • Maintain and document accurate records within the Case Management System, including all invoice or claim-related payments and all communication with members and providers.

Requirements:

  • Aptitude to learn quickly.
  • MS Office experience.
  • Analytical approach.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Invoice processing experience.
  • Experience in Currency Conversion.
