Job Title: Planning & Logistics Officer

Are you a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills? Do you have experience in organizing large-scale logistics and scheduling plans in a large geographical area? We are seeking a Planning & Logistics Officer to join our team at Serco's Operational Control Centre in Gloucester.

About the Role:

As a Planning & Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for delivering the PECS Plan, ensuring the safe and secure transportation of custodies. You will work closely with our crews and establishments to produce robust schedules and adapt to any unpredictable changes or incidents that may occur throughout the day.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized individual.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in organizing large-scale logistics and scheduling plans in a large geographical area.
  • Computer literate with the ability to quickly assimilate large volumes of data/information.

Security Clearance:

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 4, and all offers of employment are subject to security clearance checks and approval by the Home Office. You will be required to obtain Ministry of Justice Enhanced Level 2 Vetting & Enhanced DBS with Child Barring.
