About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Planning & Logistics Officer. As a key member of our Operational Control Centre Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and secure transportation of custodies across London, East & West England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust schedules for the movement of custodies, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
  • Collaborate with our crews and establishments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and adapt to any changes or incidents that may arise during the day.
  • Work closely with our Operational Control Centre Team to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
Requirements
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly assimilate large volumes of data and information.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly beneficial, but not essential as we provide full training.
  • Computer literate with experience in logistics or scheduling software.

Security Clearance

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 4, and all offers of employment are subject to security clearance checks and approval by the Home Office.
