Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in their own homes.

About the Role:

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and light housework. You will also provide companionship and emotional support to our clients, helping to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Preparing meals and snacks for clients
  • Assisting with light housework and laundry
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assisting clients with appointments and outings
Requirements:

We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and their families, and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of our clients.

You will also need to have a valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle, as some of our clients live in rural areas.
