About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Benelux team at Mendix. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify and follow up on sales leads in Nordics and South Africa
  • Work closely with internal marketing, account executives, and industry experts to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns to target key decision-makers
  • Represent Mendix at industry events and conferences
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and influencers
  • Collaborate with account executives to hand over opportunities and ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
  • 0-1 year of experience in enterprise software sales as a SDR/BDR or Inside Sales or a relevant BSc/MSc Degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English are obligatory; skills in Norwegian, Danish, and Finnish are a plus
  • Ability to work full-time and be a team player
