Key Responsibilities
  • Professionally manage all incoming inquiries and reservation calls.
  • Efficiently process bookings, including treatment schedules and dining arrangements.
  • Promptly send booking confirmations and necessary documentation.
  • Enhance sales and improve guest reservations through proactive engagement.
  • Promote and sell hotel and spa packages, memberships, and special offers to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all spa services, treatments, and products, staying informed about new offerings and industry trends.
  • Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to enrich the guest experience and boost sales.

Candidate Profile
